Orange Sweet Potatoes
2 17 oz. cans sweet potatoes, drained
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted oleo
2 teaspoons salt
l teaspoons nutmeg
Beat until well blended. Put 1/2 of mixture in a 2 qt. casserole. Arrange 1 can drained mandarin oranges on top. Add other half of mixture.
Mix 1/4 cup chopped pecans, l tablespoon brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons melted oleo. Sprinkle on top.
Arrange 1 can of mandarin oranges on top.
Bake covered at 375° F. for l hour.
