Polish Coffeecake

1 package yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
1 cup milk
1/4 pound butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup golden raisins (optional)

Topping
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
Egg Wash

Put ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer. I made this on dough cycle. After cycle was complete, I started machine to flatten dough and let it rise again in bread machine for 45 minutes. Took it out and placed in two bread pans. Let rise for one more hour. Divided dough into two greased bread pans…it made two beautiful high loaves.

Topping: Mix ingredients for topping. Brush with egg wash and then top with the topping ingredients/

Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
