Crockpot Meat Balls in Cream Sauce

1 to 1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 C. bread cubes
1/2 C. catsup
1/2 t. dried onions
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 egg
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. oregano
1 T. green pepper

Sauce:
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 C. sour cream
1/8 C. dried onions
1/4 T. parsley
1/4 C. milk
Pinch of oregano
1/4 t. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients and form meatballs. Bake or fry until done. Combine sauce ingredients, pour over meatballs. Simmer at least 2 hours or cook 4 to 5 hours in crockpot. Serve over rice.
