My hubby just brought me the last of the peppers from our garden, so I definitely have to try this one. Looks delicious. Thanks tons for linking to Inspire Me. Hugs, Marty
I love adding lots of peppers into all my recipes! It’s a great way to sneak in more vegetables! Would you mind to link this to my Frugal Crafty Home Blog Hop? Our readers really like to see easy recipes like this. Thanks so much!!
Yummy and making me wish I was coming over for supper!!! I am going to go look through my freezer and see what kind of steaks I can find to make this!!
I didn’t use steaks, it was a cut of beef called a flat iron steak. It was like a think pot roast but no gristle. It has connective tissue but it just melts as it cooks. Makes a wonderful broth for dipping the sandwich in. This cut was featured all summer for good on the grill.
wonderful and great tummy filling food. yes, I do make chips I can’t make a lot of fried potatoes but I do like to make them with olive oil. I love them! xo

That’s exactly why I made it also except it was my cousin that brought them to me.

This was the first time in months I made chips. I don’t buy them either. This sandwich just seemed to call out for them however.
